Who operates this service

Pick My Accountant (pickmyaccountant.co.uk) is a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17250017), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

What we are — and are not

Pick My Accountant provides information and comparison tools to help UK businesses evaluate accountancy firms. We are not an accountancy practice, and nothing on this site is accountancy, tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not affiliated with ICAEW, ACCA, AAT, ICAS, HMRC, or Companies House.

Ratings, rankings, and editorial opinion

Ratings, rankings, match scores, "best" lists, and similar assessments on this site are statements of our editorial opinion, produced in line with our published methodology. They are genuinely held opinions based on the information available to us at the time, they may become out of date, and they are not statements of verifiable fact about any firm's future performance, nor a recommendation to engage or avoid any firm. Firms cannot pay to change a rating; paid placement is labelled. If you believe a rating or data point is factually wrong, use the corrections process below — we correct verified errors.

Accuracy of information

Pricing is indicative, review data reflects its stated source, and Companies House data is reproduced from the public register as of the stated snapshot date. We work to keep data accurate but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify fees, services, and credentials directly with a firm before engaging it.

Paid placement and how we make money

Firms may pay for listing tiers, referral partnerships, and leads. Paid placement is labelled ("Featured", "Referral partner") and never alters ratings or match scoring. Listing on the site — paid or otherwise — is not an endorsement.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request you authorise us to share your details with the firms you select (maximum five), and we may be paid for that introduction. You are under no obligation to engage any firm. Firms are independent businesses responsible for their own services, quotes, and conduct; any engagement is a contract between you and the firm, to which we are not a party.

Firm listings and corrections

Firms must hold the qualifications they claim and keep profile information accurate. We may amend or remove any listing at our discretion, including register-imported listings on request from the firm. To dispute or correct any information about your firm, emailhello@elitedigitalagency.io with evidence; we aim to respond within five working days. This corrections route is the appropriate first step for any complaint about how your firm appears on the site.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape or bulk-extract listing data, misrepresent your identity in quote requests, submit fake reviews or enquiries, or use the site unlawfully. Content on this site (excluding public register data) is owned by or licensed to us; you may use it for personal, non-commercial evaluation of firms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for decisions made in reliance on comparison data, for the acts or omissions of listed firms, and for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability to any user is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions:hello@elitedigitalagency.io.
